EdgeTV Refund Policy
At EdgeTV, we are dedicated to providing high-quality IPTV services. However, all sales are final, and refunds are only granted under strict conditions. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You experience a severe and continuous technical issue directly caused by our service that prevents you from using it entirely.
- You have fully cooperated with our support team, followed all troubleshooting steps, and allowed us up to 72 hours to resolve the issue.
- Your refund request is submitted within 72 hours of purchase and includes detailed proof of the issue, such as screenshots, error messages, or video evidence.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Minor inconveniences such as occasional buffering, temporary channel disruptions, or variations in streaming quality.
- Issues caused by personal device setup, weak internet connection, ISP restrictions, or third-party applications.
- Failure to configure your device properly despite the setup guidance we provide.
- Requests made after 72 hours from the purchase date, regardless of the reason.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Have your transaction order ID ready.
- Send an email with the subject “Request for Refund” to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp: +1 438-931-2803.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and attach supporting evidence (screenshots, videos, error logs).
- Wait for our support team to review your request. Refund processing may take up to 7-14 business days, and approval is subject to our internal evaluation.
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in your refund request being denied.
3. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
Before approving a refund, we require that you allow us up to 72 hours to resolve any technical issues you are facing. Our team will assist you in troubleshooting, and if the problem cannot be fixed within this timeframe, we will process a refund.
If the issue is resolved during this period, the refund request will be closed.
4. Refund Processing & Timeframe
- Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Approved refunds for credit card payments are processed within 20 to 31 working days (in some cases, up to 90 days, depending on the payment provider).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Full vs. Partial Refunds
- Full refunds are only granted if the service is completely unusable due to a fault on our end and cannot be fixed within 72 hours.
- Partial refunds may be considered if the service was used before the issue occurred, based on the remaining subscription period.
6. No Refund Policy Applies to the Following Cases
- User-side technical issues (e.g., slow internet speed, outdated devices, or incorrect app installation).
- Failure to follow setup instructions provided by our support team.
- Temporary buffering, freezing, or disruptions due to network fluctuations, server maintenance, or ISP-related problems.
- Requests made after 72 hours from the purchase date.
- Lack of knowledge on how to use IPTV services—it is the user’s responsibility to be familiar with the service before purchasing.
- Service downtime lasting less than 72 hours—if there is a major service disruption exceeding this timeframe, we may compensate you with extra subscription time instead of a refund.
